Back Roll
To use the Lotus Wheel for your back, place the 33cm, 27cm or 17cm wheel place the wheel on the floor and slowly lean back onto it. Gently roll along your upper and mid-back area. This is a great way to stretch out, ease into movement, and create space through the upper body.
Neck Roll
Lie down with the 12cm wheel positioned at the base of your head. Gently tilt your head side to side, or simply rest and enjoy the light pressure. It’s a calming, low-effort way to start or end your day.
Glute Roll
Sit on the 17cm or 12cm Lotus Wheel in a figure-four position and roll gently side to side. This is great for lower body mobility and for resetting after long periods of sitting or activity.
Thigh Roll
Place the 17cm or 12cm Lotus Wheel on the floor and lie face down with one thigh resting on the wheel. Use your arms to guide a slow roll from hip to just above the knee. Ideal after active days or workouts when your legs need a little love.
